Timeline
The short version of how an electrical engineering background turned into wanting to work on the commercial side of AI infrastructure.
- Sept–Dec 2026
Customer Acquisition Intern, ELREPCO
Manufacturers' rep firm for electronics makers. First role where the job is the sales motion itself rather than the hardware underneath it. TODO — update this once you have actually started and know what the work is.
- Jun–Sept 2026
Hardware Lab Intern, Astera Labs
PCIe fabric switch board bring-up, CXL memory controller testing, liquid-cooled socket assembly, and a vendor evaluation I ran end to end. The summer AI infrastructure stopped being an abstraction.
- Sept 2024
Engineering Peer Advisor, UC Davis Career Center
Advising 40+ students a week and running outreach campaigns to 1,000+ students and employers. Unglamorous, but it is where I learned that outreach is a measurable craft and not a personality trait.
- Mar 2025
Vision-Q
A wearable assistive device for visually and hearing-impaired users. First place at Polygence's international symposium, plus $1,000 for best elevator pitch — judged on customer need and market potential, which in hindsight was the part I enjoyed most.
- Jan 2022
Eagle Scout
Built a sustainable garden bed for my service project and raised $900+ for it, including a $300 environmental grant I wrote and won. TODO — trim or cut this if the page runs long.
- Sept 2023
Started at UC Davis
TODO — write this one properly. Why business economics and electrical engineering rather than one or the other. It is the most interesting entry on the page and right now it is the only one still blank.
- 2012–2020
Theater
TODO — one honest line. Eight years is long enough that it shaped how you talk to people, which is worth saying if you believe it.
